- Form submissions are handled via Netlify Forms (or your configured provider) and forwarded to our Microsoft 365 email; Netlify processes data under its privacy policy.
- Google Analytics (or equivalent) collects usage data; we use aggregated reports to monitor and improve the site. IP anonymisation is enabled where supported.
- The site may use Netlify’s CDN and caching or Cloudflare if enabled; these services may log technical data for security and performance.
- Contact emails are stored in our Microsoft 365 mailbox. Access is limited to authorised staff only.
6. Data sharing and recipients
- Netlify (hosting & form handling) processes form data and site logs.
- Google (analytics) processes usage data.
- Social media and map providers (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, map embeds) may process data when you interact with their services.
- We do not sell personal data to third parties.
7. International transfers
Some processors (Google, Microsoft, Netlify) may transfer or store data outside the EEA. We rely on providers that implement appropriate safeguards (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses) or other lawful transfer mechanisms.

- Contact form submissions and related email correspondence are kept as long as necessary to manage enquiries and meet business/accounting requirements (typically up to 5 years unless a different retention period applies).
- Analytics data is retained according to your Google Analytics settings; we keep aggregated/pseudonymised reports.
